• Scratch-resistant sapphire glass/frosted: this sapphire glass is anti-reflective and with a Mohs hardness of 9 harder than any other natural material except for the diamonds. Due to this feature, it cannot be scratched by everyday use. To achieve the desired sparkling look, the stainless steel is hammered by an elaborate process and a special tool with diamond tip. This creates tiny notches that make the watch shine.
• Waterproof up to 50 m: this watch is equipped with a tested water resistance of 50 m according to DIN (German industrial standard). For handling water (splashing water, shower), a water resistance of 50 m is required.
• Swiss movement: inside Le Monarque is the Swiss calibre 5030.D from Ronda. Ronda is one of the world's largest manufacturers of high-precision movements and has stood for the highest quality and durability since 1946. It has a very long standard battery life of 54 months.
